1. Prohibited Content and Activities

We strictly prohibit the following activities and content on our platform:

• Sharing, soliciting, or distributing images, videos, or text that depict or promote child sexual abuse, exploitation, or nudity.
• Grooming or engaging in any behavior that seeks to exploit or endanger minors.
• Harassment, threats, or coercion targeting minors.
• Sharing sexually explicit or inappropriate material in any form.

2. Detection and Prevention Measures

To maintain a secure environment, Teen Global Connect implements:

• User Reporting Tools: Easy-to-use mechanisms for reporting inappropriate behavior, which are accessible within the app. Users can long press any message (text or attachment) and tap "report message". • Manual Review: A company representative that investigates flagged content and user reports promptly.
• Account Verification: Users are required to verify their age and identity when creating their account, ensuring that only eligible individuals (ages 13–19) access the platform. Violators will be promptly reported and blocked.

3. Response to Violations

When CSAE violations are identified:

• The offending account will be immediately suspended or terminated.
• Relevant content will be reported to appropriate authorities, including law enforcement.
• Legal action may be pursued against individuals involved in CSAE activities.

4. User Education and Awareness

We actively educate our users on online safety by providing:

• Prominent links to support services, including hotlines for reporting abuse and seeking help.
